6-Day Intensive Foot Reflexology Training

This intensive 6-day program is designed for anyone interested in learning reflexology — whether for personal use, to support family and friends, or as the first step toward becoming a professional Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™). No prior experience is required.
Basic Foot Reflexology (Days 1-3)
- 20 hours of instruction + hands-on practice
- 10 hours of supervised practicum
- Learn techniques to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support healing
- Core foundational skills in reflexology
Intermediate Foot Reflexology (Days 4-6)
- 20 hours of instruction + hands-on practice
- 20 hours of supervised practicum
- Peer presentations and collaborative learning
- Anatomy and physiology integration
- Advanced techniques and a refined sense of touch
Career Pathway
Graduates of the foundation training can apply to become RABC Approved Reflexology Practitioners and pursue the RCRT™ designation through the Reflexology Association of Canada. This course meets the standards of both the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and the Reflexology Association of British Columbia (RABC).
