Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Viva Reflexology Institute website and your participation in our courses and training programs. By accessing this website or registering for a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Course Registration
Registration for Viva Reflexology Institute courses is subject to availability. A completed registration form and payment (or deposit, where applicable) are required to secure your spot. Early registration is required for all intensive training programs, and pre-course assignments must be completed before the start date. Viva Reflexology Institute reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for course cancellations is as follows:
- 60 or more days before the training start date: 100% refund of the course fee.
- 30 to 59 days before the training start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
- Less than 30 days before the training start date: No refund will be issued.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@vivareflexologyinstitute.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Viva Reflexology Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit toward a future course will be offered.
3. Course Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all training sessions. Viva Reflexology Institute reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment. No refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Certification and Credentials
Completion of a Viva Reflexology Institute course does not automatically confer professional certification. Graduates of the foundation training may apply separately to the Reflexology Association of British Columbia (RABC) and pursue the Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™) designation through the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). Viva Reflexology Institute does not guarantee acceptance into these programs.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, workbooks, manuals, and content provided during training are the intellectual property of Viva Reflexology Institute and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Reflexology is a complementary modality and is not a substitute for medical treatment. Viva Reflexology Institute makes no claims regarding the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical condition. Participants acknowledge that they engage in reflexology training at their own risk. Viva Reflexology Institute, its instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in courses or the subsequent practice of reflexology.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for a course or submitting a contact form, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, Viva Reflexology Institute makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information presented. Course dates, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
Viva Reflexology Institute may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or participation in courses constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
