Meet your instructors

Frances is a highly respected reflexologist and educator who has spent decades refining her practice and teaching. Her methodology was developed through years of clinical work in Northern BC, Central America, and Indigenous communities. She is the creator of the Viva Holistic methodology and the driving force behind the institute.

Claudia began her reflexology training with Frances in 2010 and has since built a thriving practice in Dawson Creek. As a director and instructor at Viva Reflexology Institute, she brings technical precision and a warm, supportive teaching style to every class.

Melissa trained under Frances in 2020 and represents the newest generation of the Viva teaching lineage. Based in Prince George, she combines a fresh perspective with deep respect for the foundational techniques, making her a natural fit for guiding new students.
